Welcome to Ladies on the Go! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your membership and participation in our women's social club.
1. Core Values:

1.1. Ladies on the Go was founded on the principle of sisterhood - a bond that transcends friendship and connects us in profound and empowering ways.

1.2. Our club is not just about the activities we share or the events we attend; it's about the bonds we forge and the connections we nurture along the way.

1.3. Sisterhood lies at the very core of Ladies on the Go. It's about supporting each other through every twist and turn of life's journey, celebrating victories together, and offering a shoulder to lean on during times of need.

1.4. In our club, every woman is valued, respected, and cherished for her unique strengths and contributions.
​
1.5. As members of Ladies on the Go, we embrace the power of sisterhood in all that we do. We lift each other up, inspire one another to reach new heights, and create a safe and inclusive space where every woman can thrive.

1.6. Sisterhood is what binds us together, making our experiences richer, our friendships deeper, and our adventures more meaningful.

2. Membership:
​
2.1. Membership to Ladies on the Go is open to women aged 25 and above who share our values of sisterhood, empowerment, and adventure.
​
2.2. By joining Ladies on the Go, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines or rules established by the club.
​
2.3. Membership approval is subject to review by the club's board of directors.
​
2.4. We believe in fostering a strong sense of community and sisterhood among our members. As part of our commitment to building a vibrant and united club, we encourage all members to proudly wear our club merchandise as a symbol of their loyalty and dedication. By donning our club's colors and logo, you not only showcase your pride in being a member but also contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our events and gatherings. Whether it's a t-shirt, hat, or bag adorned with our logo, wearing club merchandise serves as a visible symbol of your commitment to our shared values and experiences.
Additionally, wearing club merchandise at club events and gatherings helps to create a sense of solidarity and identity among members, fostering connections and friendships that extend beyond the boundaries of our physical meetings. Ladies on the Go is united in spirit and style as we celebrate our shared passion for true sisterhood.
2.5. Active Member Requirements

Ladies on the Go welcomes all 25 year old and above women who desire to become a member and support our social club by engaging in our values of sisterhood, empowerment, and adventure, while abiding by all club policies. In order to classify as an “LOTG Active Member”, you must meet the following requirements:

Attend a minimum of 6 (six) LOTG events or activities by the member’s first year anniversary date

In the event a member can no longer physically attend an event, but has paid-in-full any associated non-refundable dues, fees, or costs, may still have their attendance counted.

Strongly uphold and exemplify the entirety of our Conduct Policy with grace, dignity, class, and sophistication.
If you do not meet these requirements by your first year anniversary date, which is one full year after your first LOTG live-attended event, you will be considered an “LOTG Part-Time Member” and may be subject to additional marketing outreach via phone, text, email, or social media platforms to encourage active participation.

2.6. If you wish to resign as an LOTG Member of any classification, you must submit your written intent via email to admin@lotgdmv.com [Subject Line: Member Cancellation]. An LOTG Board Member and/or Owner will handle your request accordingly within 14 days.

2.7. Conflict Resolution Policy
Ladies on the Go strives to foster a safe, fun, and inclusive social environment for all members, however, we recognize there may be instances where members have disagreements with each other, with any member of the Board, or an issue surrounding our outlined membership policies. Below is our procedure for successful conflict resolution:

2.8. Member-to-Member Grievance
Every member should feel empowered and are encouraged to resolve their issue(s) with another member promptly, candidly, and respectfully. If the matter escalates, a member may feel free to reach out to any Board Member and/or Owner via email at admin@lotgdmv.com [Subject Line: Member v. Member Grievance] to request a virtual or in-person mediation. Once an LOTG Board Member and/or Owner actively becomes involved in this informal arbitration process, the purpose of their involvement is to remain entirely unbiased while carefully listening to all involved parties to reach a resolution. Although LOTG is committed to fairness for every member, there may be instances where our recommended solution is disagreeable. Nonetheless, LOTG reserves the right to offer appropriate resolutions at the sole discretion of the involved LOTG Board Member and/or Owner. At the conclusion of the informal arbitration meeting, the Board Member and/or Owner will send an email to all involved parties with LOTG’s official response and all conflict resolution decisions within are final.

2.9. LOTG Board Member and/or Owner
LOTG’s Board of Directors and/or Owners are fully committed to exemplifying high standards of social etiquette and conduct in every interaction, however, each one of us are also human and understand a Board Member and/or Owner may become involved in a conflict or dispute with another member. In the event this occurs, the offended party (whether member or Board Member and/or Owner) must report the issue via email within 30 days to admin@lotgdmv.com [Subject Line: Member v. Board Grievance] OR [Subject Line: Board v. Member Grievance]. This communication should include the nature of the complaint, including all involved parties, a detailed account of the facts and situation, the date the incident occurred, and the desired result from LOTG.

2.10. If the offended party is a member against a Board Member and/or Owner, an alternate Board Member and/or Owner most relevant to the matter will reach out to all involved parties via email to conduct an investigation. Upon obtaining all pertinent details related to the grievance, the alternate Board Member and/or Owner will hold a meeting with the Conflict Resolution Committee to determine the best amicable outcome for all parties. At the conclusion of this meeting, the alternate Board Member and/or Owner will send an email to all involved parties with LOTG’s official response and all conflict resolution decisions within are final.

2.11. If the offended party is a Board Member and/or Owner against a member, an alternate Board Member and/or Owner unrelated and not closely affiliated with the matter will reach out to all involved parties via email to conduct an investigation. Upon obtaining all pertinent details related to the grievance, the alternate Board Member and/or Owner will hold a meeting with the Conflict Resolution Committee to determine the best amicable outcome for all parties. At the conclusion of this meeting, the alternate Board Member and/or Owner will send an email to all involved parties with LOTG’s official response and all conflict resolution decisions within are final.

2.12. LOTG Policy Grievance
While we firmly stand by all policies which have been carefully debated and considered within our social club, an LOTG member may wish to raise a concern surrounding the governance of their membership. In the event a member chooses to escalate their matter to the LOTG Board and/or Owner, they must report the issue via email within 30 days to admin@lotgdmv.com [Subject Line: Member v. LOTG Grievance]. This communication should include the nature of the concern, citation of the specific policy, and the desired result from LOTG. The Conflict Resolution Committee will meet to fully discuss and determine the best amicable outcome for all parties. At the conclusion of this meeting, a member of the Conflict Resolution Committee will send an email to all involved parties with LOTG’s official response an
3. Club Events & Activities:

3.1. Ladies on the Go organizes a variety of activities and events designed to foster connections, personal growth, and fun experiences for our members. These may include but are not limited to travel excursions, outdoor adventures, networking events, workshops, and social gatherings.
​
3.2. Members are encouraged to actively participate in at least 6 club activities annually and contribute positively to the club's community spirit.

3.3. Events & Activities Terms and Conditions:
By making a booking or reservation for any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets or reservations cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred for any reason, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or weather conditions.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated. In those instances, final payment due date will be expressly noted in event advertisements. Failure to make complete payment by deadline will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of deposit made.

Transferability: Tickets or reservations are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the event organizer.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event without liability. No refunds will be issued in such cases, but efforts will be made to accommodate attendees in future events or alternative arrangements.

Liability: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organizer, venue, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or inconvenience incurred during the event.

Amendment: The event organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.

Communication: Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communication channels for updates, changes, or important announcements regarding the event.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Maryland.
Acknowledgment: Please review these terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding. By completing the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
4. Conduct:

4.1. Members should familiarize themselves with and adhere to the Ladies on the Go bylaws, rules, and policies governing membership, conduct, and other relevant matters.
​
Members should always treat each other with respect and be courteous. This includes respecting differences in opinions, backgrounds, and beliefs.
​
4.2. Ladies on the Go is an association created for women, therefore, members should be welcoming to all other members who identify as women, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, religion, or socioeconomic status.
​
4.3. Members must not engage in emotional, verbal, physical, sexual misconduct or harassment, or bullying and should refrain from engaging in behavior that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to others.
​
4.4. Members should respect the privacy of fellow Ladies on the Go members and refrain from sharing personal, sensitive and confidential information or discussions outside of Ladies on the Go without consent.
​
4.5. Members should uphold the values, brand and mission of Ladies on the Go in their interactions within the club and in the wider community. They should take responsibility for their actions and their impact on others. Members should maintain a positive attitude and create an environment of inclusion with the purpose of building community.
​
4.6. Members should strive to resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive, amicable and respectful manner, aiming for compromise and understanding. If disagreements cannot be resolved amicably between members, members must follow the established procedures for conflict resolution which include first contacting the Director of the Membership Committee to communicate the issue. The Director of the Membership Committee will escalate the issue to the appropriate Board Director and/or Ladies on the Go owner.

4.7. Event Attendance Etiquette:
Acceptable behavior at social events revolves around fostering a positive and respectful environment where all attendees feel welcome and comfortable.
​

Members are encouraged to make an effort to include others in conversations and activities. Be welcoming to newcomers and introduce yourself to people you don't know.

Members should be respectful towards each other and others in the public, refraining from disruptive behavior that would negatively impact the Ladies on the Go organization and brand and its members and owners. Members should also refrain from derogatory remarks or inappropriate language that would cause harm to other Ladies on the Go members and the public.

If alcohol is present, drinking responsibly and knowing your limits is essential. Avoid excessive drinking that could lead to disruptive behavior or endanger your safety and that of others. Members should also respect those who choose not to drink.

Members should be mindful of people’s personal space and boundaries, refraining from invasive or unwelcome physical contact.

Members should respect and follow any rules or guidelines set by the event or facility host. This may include rules regarding dress code, behavior, or the use of certain facilities.

Lastly, remember to enjoy yourself and have fun! Social events are meant to be enjoyable and relaxing experiences where you can connect with others and build friendships.
Consequences for violating rules of behavior, including the code of conduct, social media and event attendance etiquette, may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion from LADIES ON THE GO membership and association. Violations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by LADIES ON THE GO, LLC board directors and owners.

4.9. Social Media Etiquette:

Members must avoid posting content that could be offensive, hurtful, or misleading to others, or content that goes against the Ladies on the Go brand, nor engage in cyberbullying on any Ladies on the Go social media platform.

Members should avoid trolling, spamming, or engaging in arguments for the sake of conflict and should engage in conversations and interactions on social media in a constructive and positive manner.

Members must not post content or comments on any Ladies on the Go social media platform that gives their personal opinions or views on sensitive or controversial issues. Any comments which reflect a member’s individual, personal opinion or views must clearly state that they are not speaking on behalf of or representing the views of the Ladies on the Go organization or its’ members.

When posting content on any Ladies on the Go social media platform, members sharing content created by others, should credit to the original creator by tagging or mentioning them in their post. Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
5. Membership Fees:

5.1. At Ladies on the Go, our primary goal is to create an inclusive and accessible community for women from all walks of life. Currently, membership to Ladies on the Go is free of charge, reflecting our commitment to removing financial barriers and ensuring that every woman has the opportunity to participate in our club activities and events.
​
5.2. We believe that the true value of membership lies not in monetary contributions but in the active participation and engagement of our members. As such, we ask that all members contribute to the vibrant spirit of our community through their involvement in club activities, events, and initiatives.
​
5.3. While membership is currently free, please note that there may be a possibility of introducing membership fees in the future to help sustain and enhance the services and experiences we offer to our members. Any decision to implement membership fees will be made with careful consideration and in consultation with our community members.
​
5.4. We remain committed to keeping Ladies on the Go accessible and inclusive to all women, and any potential introduction of membership fees will be accompanied by transparent communication and ample notice to our members.
​
5.5. Membership fees if or when introduced will be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the club's board of directors and/or owners.
​
6. Merchandise Purchases:
​
6.1. By completing a purchase of merchandise from Ladies on the Go (LOTG),LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Non Refundable Policy: All merchandise sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or incorrect sizing.

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our merchandise on our website or other sales channels. However, variations may occur due to differences in screens or manufacturing processes. We do not guarantee exact color, texture, or appearance accuracy.

Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or credit. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage may be required.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during the shipping process.

Cancellation: An order cannot be canceled or modified once it has been placed and confirmed because the majority of products are special ordered. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments via cash, all major credit cards (additional processing fee will be applied to purchase amount), CashApp, Zelle, money orders, and cashier checks. No personal checks are accepted. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery. The risk of loss or damage to the merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery as well.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with the merchandise, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and designs, belong to Ladies on the Go (LOTG), LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Amendment: Ladies on the Go (LOTG), LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Maryland.
6.2. Acknowledgment: Please carefully review these terms and conditions before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
7. Privacy Policy:

7.1. Ladies on the Go values the privacy of its members and is committed to protecting their personal information. Any information collected from members will be used solely for club-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7.2. Use of Event Photos:
​
At Ladies on the Go, we love capturing the memorable moments and joyful experiences shared by our members during our events and activities. As part of our commitment to celebrating our community and showcasing the spirit of our club, we may occasionally use photos taken at our events for posting on our public social media channels.

7.3. Please note that the photos selected for publication will be chosen selectively to best represent the essence and values of Ladies on the Go. We strive to portray our brand in the most positive and authentic light, highlighting the diversity, empowerment, and camaraderie that define our community.

7.4. By participating in Ladies on the Go events, you consent to the possibility of your likeness being captured in event photos and shared on our public social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
​
7.5. We respect your privacy and will always prioritize discretion and sensitivity when selecting and sharing photos. If you have any concerns about the use of photos featuring you, please feel free to reach out to our social media team, and we will be happy to address your inquiries.
8. Termination of Membership:
​
8.1. The club reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the administration team.
​
8.2. Termination of membership may result in the forfeiture of membership fees and any other benefits associated with membership.
​
8.3. At Ladies on the Go, we value the sense of unity and belonging that comes with proudly wearing our club merchandise. However, we understand that membership circumstances may change over time.
In the event that a member is no longer part of Ladies on the Go, whether due to resignation, termination, or other reasons, we kindly ask that they refrain from wearing club merchandise moving forward.

8.4. As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering environment, we may create routines or other group activities for the enjoyment and participation of our members. While we cherish the memories and connections shared with former members, the act of wearing club merchandise and the privilege of participating in club-created routines is reserved for current members who actively contribute and uphold the values and standards of our community.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy, as it helps to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our club identity.

9. Amendments:
​
9.1. These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by Ladies on the Go’s Board of Directors and/or LLC Owners as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the club constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
​
10. Governing Law:
​
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland.
